cannot use cursor in second email account edit mode

I love the signature email for my own email account in Firefox, and wanted to use the same signature for my husbands similar email account (using same browser - Firefox), but there is NO cursor showing when I open up hubby's email account and go to edit signature.  I can see 'select all", but nothing happens in that html text box....

what is the problem.. please help, since I would like to change hubby's signature to something else....

Much obliged for any suggestions... I tried to download new version - to no avail. I have rebooted computer to no avail, and of course I click out of Firefox and open new browser.....

has anybody experienced a similar thing - totally unable to edit in the edit box????

Yes, I cannot use the mouse to edit the signature , cursor also can not be use.

 

  Firefox 3.0.2  + ubuntu + Black Canvas 1.11.07

Hi,

Yes, I'm experiencing the same problem. Not only in edit mode, but also while creating a new signature. But right clicking on the "create/edit signature" box and hitting the escape key on the keyboard (to make the right click menu to go away) seems to work for me.


I'm on Firefox 3.0.3 under Windows XP Professional, SP2. Hope this annoying bug will be fixed soon!
