Hello, I tried to install the blank canvas add-on after updating to the latest version of firefox (I am on a mac) and I got the following error: "Firefox could not install the file at.... etc...
Please help! (Be gentle - I am not very computer literate

Hey there. Try clearing the cache of firefox. There's also a fix that involves deleting something in your profile relating to extensions, but I'm not sure what that is off hand. I would imagine that completely clearing your cache ("Tools > Clear Private Data") should help. You may also want to see the Invalid Hash install error page for workarounds. |

Hi, I tried clearing the cache and re-starting firefox and it was still not working and I tried the manual install of the .xpi file and it didn't work either. I looked in the error log and the most recent said "Unknown property 'border-radius'. Declaration dropped" Is this then a problem with my system / firefox installation?! Thanks! |

Here we go: (see the installation bug which is stickied in this forum) "I've finally found a way to install the add-on, by deleting 3 files in: Library, Application support, Firefox, profile. |

I deleted some other extensions that didn't work with teh latest firefox and it seems to be working now |
