Unfortunately I'm not too familiar with this error, but if you can send me the details of this error, I will do my best to try and understand what's going on. If not, I would recomment completely uninstalling Firefox and trying again, which is by no means an ideal situation, but is unfortunately the only thing that comes to mind at the moment. See also the "Invalid File Hash" page as it might apply. Last edited Jul. 17, 2008 - 9:27am by Jerome Dane

Hello, I've finally found a way to install the add-on, by deleting 3 files in: Library, Application support, Firefox, profile.
So now the add-on is installed, but the new section of signatures doesn't appear in my gmail account. I've tried several things but it still doesn't work. Do you know what it can be?

Do you have your Gmail set to French? If so, and you don't have any "send as" email addresses defined in your Gmail settings, the add-on will look for a button with the text "Send". I am working on v1.10 which fixes this problem by looking for a button with the word "Send" or its equivilent translation in several other languages (including the French "Envoyer".) v1.10 should be released within the next few days. P.S. excellent tip about the extension files. Last edited Jul. 14, 2008 - 7:09am by Jerome Dane
